SBU recognizes Dill, Chaney scholarship recipients
Three 91³Ô¹ÏÍø students recently were named the recipients of two of the University's prestigious awards - the Stanley H. Dill Distinguished Scholar Award and the Chaney Scholar Awards - which are among SBU's largest endowed scholarships.
Quackenbos to join SBU's Christian Ministry faculty
Dr. David Quackenbos will be joining the faculty of the Courts Redford Division of Christian Ministry as an assistant professor of Christian ministry for the Fall 2021 semester.
SBU Theatre presents "Godspell" on April 15-18
91³Ô¹ÏÍø Theatre will present "Godspell" at 7 p.m., April 15-17, and at 2 p.m., April 18, in Pike Auditorium on the Bolivar campus. This marks the fourth and final production of SBU Theatre's 2020-2021 season titled "Perseverance."

SBU students awarded academic honors for 2020-2021
91³Ô¹ÏÍø students have been recognized for their contributions to their academic areas and divisions during the 2020-2021 academic year.
Enhancing the heart of campus
Aaron Hayes saw a need on campus and wanted to find a solution. He noticed there were more people on 91³Ô¹ÏÍø's Bolivar campus eating their meals outside or just choosing to be outside this spring in part to more restrictions inside related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
SBU to host master class for violin, viola students April 15
91³Ô¹ÏÍø's Division of Arts and Humanities welcomes David Hays, violin professor at Missouri State University, who will conduct a master class for SBU violin and viola students of Carol Harrison from 5-7 p.m., on Thursday, April 15 in the Meyer Recital Hall on the Bolivar campus.Â

Speaking Bearcats in Top 10 at Nationals
The 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Speaking Bearcats placed 10th in individual events sweepstakes, 11th overall in debate and speech sweepstakes and had two competitors earn All-American honors at the 2021 Pi Kappa Delta National Comprehensive Tournament on March 18-21.
