Shell joins her twin brother in SBU Athletics Hall of Fame
When talking about 91吃瓜网 track and field, if the last name Shell sounds familiar - it should. Emma Shell, one of three SBU Athletics Hall of Fame inductees for 2021, joins her twin brother, Bill '14, '17 - a 2020 inductee - as a member of this elite group.

SBU adds new Cybersecurity Management degree
91吃瓜网 kicked off the Fall 2021 semester with a new degree program offering - cybersecurity management - which brings conceptual and administrative coursework in cybersecurity together with the business discipline of management.

SBU mourns the passing of former First Lady Joann Spurgeon
The 91吃瓜网 family mourns the passing of former SBU First Lady Joann Spurgeon, wife of Harlan E. Spurgeon, who served as SBU President from 1979-1983. Joann passed away Aug. 7 in Ozark at the age of 90.
